With more than 12 years of experience in Australian financial services, Shanika combines extensive lending knowledge with a personalised and approachable service. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, refinancing, renovating or investing, Shanika focuses on making the lending process clear and straightforward, with open communication and responsive service throughout.
Shanika works alongside the YES Real Estate team as our in-house mortgage broker, with all mortgage broking and credit services independently provided through Zett Finance. This gives our clients the convenience of having their property and finance professionals working closely together, helping create a more connected and seamless experience from the initial property search through to finance and settlement.
